Emerge Fine Art is a gallery specializing in abstract and contemporary art, which was started by owner Hayley Sizemore in 2010. While working on her psychology degree from Meredith College, Hayley nurtured her love of art by taking various painting and photography classes and working with Theatre in the Park. After graduation, she moved to New York to pursue an advanced degree in Art Therapy. This additional training and stimulation served to enhance Hayley’s creative passions and allowed her to refine her focus on the visual arts. It also caused her to make a decision to bring this energy back to North Carolina and found Emerge Fine Art in downtown Raleigh.
Hayley soon realized she required a larger space to execute her vision of having a gallery solely focused on abstract and contemporary art. This, in turn, led to a relocation into an expanded and enhanced space in beautiful, historic, downtown Cary. The 1,000 square foot gallery maintains an extensive inventory of fine art pieces across a variety of mediums that even the most discerning collector will find of great interest.
The mission of Emerge Fine Art is to bring a diverse, contemporary visual experience that specializes in original high caliber abstract and contemporary art. Though the gallery will carry mostly established artists it will provide a venue for talented and promising emerging artists with a unique perspective and presentation of visual art.
